The service

The Drop is a monthly editorial trend report published by InsightMerch, LLC. The free tier is delivered via email and the public website. A paid Pro tier launches in Q1 2027 with extended access.

Editorial content + intellectual property

• →All editorial content (text, photography, trend research) is the intellectual property of InsightMerch, LLC.
• →You may share individual links to public articles. You may not republish, repackage, or commercially redistribute editorial content without written permission.
• →“The Drop” and “InsightMerch” are trademarks of InsightMerch, LLC.

Subscriptions

• →Free subscriptions can be canceled anytime via the unsubscribe link.
• →Pro tier (launching Q1 2027) will have its own subscription terms covering billing, cancellation, and renewal.

Acceptable use

You may not use insightmerch.com to:

• →Scrape content programmatically without prior permission
• →Misrepresent affiliation with InsightMerch
• →Distribute malware or spam

Disclaimers

• →The Drop is editorial trend research, not professional procurement advice. Subscribers make their own sourcing decisions.
• →We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee outcomes based on our reporting.
• →Service is provided "as is" without warranty.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsightMerch, LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for any subscription within the prior twelve months.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
